Shipping & returns

Delivery

We deliver nationally within South Africa. No collection — everything leaves the studio packed for a courier. Standard delivery is R 95. Orders of R 1 000 and over ship free.

Lead time

Every piece is made to order. There is no stock on the shelf. Once your EFT reflects we print, pack, and dispatch in 10–12 days. Custom Rascals follow the same window after the design is agreed.

Payment

EFT to start. Use the order number as the reference. A Paystack card portal will follow. Prices include VAT; the studio is not VAT-registered yet, so you will not see a separate VAT line.

Custom work

A deposit starts a commission. The remaining balance is due before the piece ships. If we cannot make the creature you described, we refund the deposit in full.

Returns

Made-to-order work is not returnable for a change of mind. If a piece arrives damaged or printed in the wrong colour, write to us within seven days with photographs and we will reprint or refund.
